Last updated: 17 June 2026

1. About these terms

1.1 These Website Terms of Use (the “Website Terms”) govern your access to and use of the public marketing website at https://ai-agent-calls.com and any related pages, content, and features made available on it (the “Website”).

1.2 The Website is operated by Inteligencia Artificial Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 15667932), with its registered office at Highdown House, 11 Highdown Road, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV31 1XT, which operates ai-agent-calls.com (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1.3 By accessing or using the Website, you (“you”, “your”) agree to these Website Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1.4 These Website Terms are not the agreement for our paid services. If you are a business customer using the Inteligencia Artificial Limited platform, your use of that platform is governed by our Terms of Service, not by these Website Terms. These Website Terms apply to visitors of the public Website.

1.5 We may update these Website Terms from time to time by posting a revised version. The “Last updated” date shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Website after changes take effect means you accept them.

2. Using the Website

2.1 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to access and use the Website for your own lawful, informational purposes.

2.2 You agree that you will not:

  • (a) use the Website in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation, or that is fraudulent or harmful;
  • (b) access, interfere with, damage, or disrupt the Website, its servers, or any connected networks, including by introducing malware, launching denial-of-service attacks, or attempting to gain unauthorised access;
  • (c) scrape, harvest, data-mine, or systematically extract content or data from the Website, or use any automated means (bots, crawlers) except for legitimate search-engine indexing in accordance with our robots file;
  • (d) copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute Website content except as permitted in clause 4;
  • (e) use the Website to transmit unsolicited communications, or impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation; or
  • (f) use the Website in any way that could damage our reputation or take unfair advantage of it.

2.3 We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict all or part of the Website at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Website, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted.

3. Demo-call feature

3.1 The Website may offer a feature that lets you trigger a sample AI voice call to a telephone number you provide (the “Demo Call”). The Demo Call is provided for demonstration purposes only.

3.2 By using the Demo Call, you confirm that: (a) you are the owner or authorised user of the telephone number you enter, or you have the consent of the person who is, to receive the call; (b) you will not enter any number you are not entitled to call; and (c) you will not use the Demo Call to harass, deceive, or cause nuisance to any person, or to make repeated, automated, or bulk requests.

3.3 The Demo Call uses an AI voice agent, and the AI nature of the call is disclosed during the call. The Demo Call may record or transcribe the interaction for the purpose of providing and improving the demonstration; see our Privacy Policy.

3.4 The Demo Call is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranty as to availability, quality, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. We may limit, suspend, or withdraw the Demo Call at any time. We are not responsible for any charges your telephone provider may apply.

3.5 Misuse of the Demo Call is a breach of these Website Terms, and we may block your access and take any other action available to us.

4. Intellectual property

4.1 We and our licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, software, and the Inteligencia Artificial Limited name and branding. These are protected by law.

4.2 You may view, and print or download extracts of, Website content for your own personal, non-commercial reference, provided you do not modify it and you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact. You acquire no other rights in the Website or its content.

4.3 You must not use our name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent.

5. No reliance and no warranty for content

5.1 The content on the Website is provided for general information only. It is not advice (legal, regulatory, financial, or otherwise) and you should not rely on it. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, that the content is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose.

5.2 Statements about the platform, its capabilities, compliance features, performance, or results are illustrative and do not form part of any contract. Any use of the platform itself is governed solely by the Terms of Service.

5.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability arising from any reliance placed on Website content (including the Demo Call) by you or anyone you inform of its contents.

6. Third-party links and content

6.1 The Website may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or content. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for any third-party site or its content, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1 Liabilities that are never excluded or limited. Nothing in these Website Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This clause 7.1 prevails over every other provision of these Website Terms.

7.2 Subject always to clause 7.1, and because the Website is provided free of charge for general information, we exclude, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties, conditions, and terms implied by statute or common law in relation to the Website.

7.3 Subject always to clause 7.1, we will not be liable to you for any: (a) loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings; (b) loss of or damage to goodwill or reputation; (c) loss of or corruption of data; or (d) indirect, special, or consequential loss, in each case arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website or any content or feature on it (including the Demo Call), whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, and even if foreseeable.

7.4 Subject always to clause 7.1, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Website is limited to £100.

7.5 We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your equipment due to your use of the Website or downloading of content from it.

8. Privacy and cookies

8.1 We process personal data relating to your use of the Website in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8.2 The Website uses cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.

9. General

9.1 If any provision of these Website Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force, and the invalid provision is modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid while preserving its intent.

9.2 A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.

9.3 We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Website Terms to another organisation. You may not transfer yours without our consent.

9.4 A person who is not a party to these Website Terms has no rights to enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

10.1 These Website Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Website are governed by the law of England & Wales.

10.2 The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that, if you access the Website as a consumer resident in another part of the UK or in the EU, you may also benefit from any mandatory protections and the courts of your place of residence to the extent required by law.
